The second of the two volumes making up the trilogy of The Ring Of The Niblung. Brown cloth, gilt decorations to spine and front cover. 30 magnificent tipped-in colour plates which display the Germanic inspiration evident in Rip and Midsummer Night's Dream and continuing through Undine and the Wagner books. Orange and cream pictorial endpapers. Top edge brown. 182 pages. Spine and corners bumped. Corners slightly rubbed. Name in ink to first blank page. Hinge of half-title slightly cracked. 0.5" crack at side of spine. All plates in fine condition. A bright clean copy in original brown pictorial dustwrapper which is frayed at top of spine, nicked at corners with tears to flap folds at lower corners and slight creasing at lower edges.
